You & your role
Strengthen Rabobank’s cyber resilience as a Senior Information Security Officer by guiding security initiatives, coordinating improvement efforts, and validating that our security measures truly mitigate risks. Your role combines broad security expertise with strong communication skills to support business teams and senior management.
In practice, you collaborate daily with IT teams, architects, privacy specialists, risk colleagues, and global regions to implement security standards and drive organisation‑wide priorities. You help shaping cyber resilience activities, contribute to standards and frameworks, and advise the organisation using your deep security knowledge.

You & your talent
- • Academic working and thinking level (WO) with at least 10 years of relevant security experience.• Qualified in key security certifications such as CISSP, CISM and CCSP, demonstrating a commitment to professional security standards.
• Proven experience in IT Security & IT Risk Management, including advising at C‑level.
• Experience with Identity & Access Management processes and supporting standards, using security frameworks and related software.

- Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 5,876 and EUR 10,074 (scale 10) for a 36-hour work week.
- Extras: a thirteenth month, 8% holiday allowance, and a 10% Employee Benefit Budget.
