(Senior) Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform - Technology Advisory

We are looking to expand our Microsoft Dynamics 365 team, which consists of Business Consultants who are involved on a daily basis with implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 products. Your challenges

The Microsoft Consulting & Innovation team operates in a rapidly changing environment. You will learn quickly through a personal training program and grow in your position with hands-on experience by working on projects together with colleagues. You will receive guidance from an assigned Development Manager (DM) who will help you with your development, career and achieving your personal goals. You will also be assigned a buddy who will show you around the world of KPMG and MCI. 

Within KPMG and MCI, training is high on our lists. You have the opportunity to attend training courses and learn about and get certified for Microsoft technology. The team also undertakes many social activities together, such as breakfast sessions or events with sporting activities. The team now has more than 60 employees, has 16 different nationalities and is growing!

This is what you bring

• Completed HBO or university studies, preferably in Business Information Management, IT Audit or business studies
• 1- 3  years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 other related Platforms
• A strong functional and analytical mindset
• Interest in Security Configuration Framework, role-based security, Segregation of Duty concepts and access management
• Business level English and preferably good command of Dutch
• Driving license and willingness to travel for work
• Proactive and passionate approach 

What will you do?

As a Consultant you are involved in a variety of business transformations and IT projects at home and abroad with the help of Microsoft technology. You use your knowledge and experience to help organizations get more value out of their IT system; before, during, and after implementation. You have a focus on delivering high quality; Together with your colleagues, you will come up with new ideas and advise on digital strategy, process and system design, acceptance testing and training, among other things. 

In addition, you will learn all about the possibilities of the latest Microsoft technology in the field of Finance & Operations, CRM, Data Analytics, Apps and Cloud. You will also gain hands-on experience in configuring the systems. In collaboration with your team and the customer, you ensure that the customer gets the best possible solution to their questions and challenges. 

Depending on your preference, we will look for suitable projects and customers will be the best fit for you. The projects are mainly focused on Business Transformation, Digitization and Innovation in relation to Microsoft technology.

• Gross salary between €3.245 and €5,050, a bonus, a fixed expense allowance and a working from home allowance.
