Finance Platform Developer

A Finance Platform Developer who helps us design and build our new Cloud-based platform (Azure), while maintaining and improving parts of our current PHP-based platform.
What will you be doing?
You will join Team Finance, the team responsible for all financial transactions within InShared – from premium collection to smooth and reliable claims payouts. Accuracy, scalability, and security are key. As Finance Platform Developer at InShared, you will:
- Work with both our existing PHP platform (Cyno) and our new .NET / Azure platform.
- Design, build, and maintain core financial services such as premium calculation, payment processing, and claims handling.
- Ensure integrations with external financial partners run smoothly and reliably.
- Contribute to our international expansion by making our financial systems scalable and future-proof.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to deliver efficient, customer-friendly solutions.

What do you bring?
- Strong experience with both PHP and C#/.NET
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience
- Experience with large-scale and complex software projects
- Solid knowledge of design patterns and software architecture principles
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL)
- Experience with Microsoft Azure (a plus)
- Experience with containerization (a plus)
- Experience in a financial environment (payments, collections, claims, or other transaction-heavy systems) is a big plus
- Proficiency in English
