Your job

As a Senior Data Analyst at Tikkie, you'll work across various teams to provide valuable insights that drive our business forward. Your days will be filled with analyzing complex data sets, creating insightful dashboards, and communicating actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Responsibilities 

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement across various business areas 
• Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards using PowerBI to visualize key metrics and KPIs 
• Collaborate with different teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical support 
• Provide data-backed recommendations to support strategic decision-making processes 
• Proactively communicate insights, both positive outcomes and challenges, to all relevant stakeholders 
• Continuously improve our data processes, methodologies, and tools   

Requirements 

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field 
• You have 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the fintech or payments industry 
• You are proficient in SQL and Google Analytics, with expert-level skills in Excel 
• You have advanced knowledge of PowerBI for creating interactive dashboards 
• Experience with Python is advantageous but not mandatory 
• You possess excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in an understandable manner 
• You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 
• You are able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
