With over 500 professionals, Tribe Customer Journeys, Insurance & Pensions (CJIP) is positioned at the heart of Rabobank’s customer experience strategy. We bring together technology, data, and customer insight to deliver smooth, consistent, and human-center journeys across:

  • Insurance & Pensions

The Insurance & Pensions Area is one of Rabobank’s most important growth domains. As Tech Lead, you guide multiple DevOps teams and shape the technology foundation for the coming years ahead. With 2026 as a pivotal transformation year, you translate our target architecture into a clear and actionable delivery roadmap. You modernize platforms, phase out legacy systems and build a future‑ready technology landscape. At the same time, you define the standards, tooling, engineering culture and ways of working that enable your teams to thrive.

You & your talent

  • Academic working and thinking level (HBO or WO).
  • 10+ years of experience in tech leadership or IT delivery within large, complex organisations.
  • Broad technical and architectural expertise (Cloud, Data, Security, Infrastructure, DevOps, IT in Control).
  • Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder‑management skills (Dutch & English).
  • Experience with onshore/nearshore/offshore sourcing models and vendor management.
  • Agile leadership experience across multiple DevOps teams.
  • Strategic leadership.
  • Coaching leadership style.
