We are seeking a vigorous Business Analyst to join our Area Foundation within the Tribe Digital Platform. This role is ideal for someone with an engineering mindset who has experience working closely with multiple tribes at Rabobank. We also welcome engineers interested in transitioning to a Business Analyst role.
As part of our team, you will be contributing to the delivery of the Rabo Online Platform (ROP), focusing specifically on ROP Cerebro, an application framework that supports 1400 applications managed by 150 teams. Your work will be instrumental in shaping the future of one of the largest and most complex platforms in the Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and influence the strategic direction of the Rabo Online Platform (ROP).
- Standardize a highly complex software landscape using modern software lifecycle management methodologies.
- Lead the migration of container platforms, such as Cloud Foundry and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Conduct thorough analysis to identify business needs and propose effective solutions.
Challenges You’ll Be Working On:
- Strategic Direction: Determine the direction of one of the largest platforms in the Netherlands by throughput and FTE.
- Standardization: Further standardize a complex software landscape to align with market standards using new software lifecycle management methodologies.
- Platform Migration: Lead the migration of container platforms like Cloud Foundry and Kubernetes.
