
Salesforce Change Management Specialist
Are you passionate about driving successful rollouts and user adoption of Salesforce capabilities across business units? Do you excel at bridging the gap between program teams and business units, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing support? If so, this role is perfect for you! We are seeking a Salesforce Change Management Specialist who will play a key role in coordinating new country onboarding and supporting existing ones with change management, user engagement, and capability adoption. You will collaborate closely with local Change Managers and the Program Office Change Manager to achieve these goals.
What you are going to do
- Lead the creation of end-user enablement strategies with CBOs/WSs for countries already onboarded onto the Salesforce platform. Ensure the development of change management plans by business units, including stakeholder analysis, communications, training, and support plans
- Support local change agents to reinforce local ownership and adoption. Ensure local teams define KPIs and success metrics for adoption, working closely with central and local stakeholders. Monitor central adoption rate KPIs
- Assess business unit readiness for change, identify adoption risks early, and support mitigation through communication and coaching together with local change managers. Propose improvement actions as needed
- Align local initiatives with Group transformation programmes (including Ambition 2027 initiatives) to ensure change efforts are integrated and consistent
- Act as co-Product Owner with local business units to guide backlog creation, prioritization, and product alignment until the local Product Owner is fully onboarded. Serve as the central point of contact for onboarding activities, aligning with central product teams
- Coordinate and facilitate the creation of onboarding plans for new business units joining the Salesforce program. Guide MVP scoping and release planning, ensuring alignment with the Ambition 2027 strategy
- Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and deployment of existing Salesforce capabilities to new regions. Monitor onboarding progress and escalate risks or blockers to the International Salesforce Programme
- Capture and share feedback and lessons learned from business unit onboarding and adoption to improve future rollouts and promote the sharing of best practices among countries

We offer this job fully remote as a virtual assignment. As part of this role, you will have an employment contract under the local collective labour agreement (CLA) from one of the 11 countries where NN operates. This means you can apply for the job if you reside in one of the countries where NN is located (Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Spain, Greece, Turkey, Japan). - Experience: Above 5 years
- PC skills: Standard user - text and table editors/creating graphs and presentations
Specific knowledge of systems, processes, or products:
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce Platform and the Group's International Salesforce Programme
- Experience supporting onboarding to Salesforce as a Product Owner
- Ability to navigate enterprise-level governance structures, programme standards, and cross-functional coordination across central and local teams
- Understanding of change management frameworks and practices (e.g., stakeholder mapping, readiness assessment, communication planning)
- Familiarity with DevOps tools
- Experience working in a SAFe environment is a strong plus
- Experience in change management, PROSCI methodology, or similar frameworks
- Experience in insurance is a plus
