Lead Information Security
Your new challenge
You are an expert in information security and lead a team of security engineer and specialists in the Risk & Security team of Global infrastructure domain. You will hierarchically report into the Head of Risk & Security (accountable for security) of Global infrastructure domain and will be responsible to deliver security activities for Global infrastructure tribes. Your functional reporting line will be towards the Tech CISO.
You must have proven expertise in security with an excellent set of Technical, analytical, communication, and management skills.
Roles and responsibilities
- To be the security expert of the Global infrastructure domain and ensure implementation of the ING Security related policies in collaboration with policy champions.
- lead a team of security engineer and specialists to achieve the goals and objectives.
- To formulate and lead strategic plans for enhancing information security.
- Collaborate with the Global infrastructure tribes and act as security enabler on it’s services.
- Implement the ING CISO roadmap & security projects in scope.
- To play a catalyzing role in case of P1 security incident or crisis.
- Can demonstrate success in influencing and decision-making.
- Passionate about (Cyber)security.

Your experience & Skills :
- Proven track record in the area of information Security.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant Information Security experience.
- Professional and intellectual IT ability at university level - at least a Bachelor's degree.
- CISSP and other security related certifications are highly recommended and a plus.
- Knowledge of security in Cloud and network is a plus.
- Experience in a financial environment is a plus.
- Agile in working hours (no 9-5 mentality)
- Self-driven, proactive, and organized, with the ability to identify what needs to be done.
- Results-oriented, and striving to deliver value-adding services and continuous improvement.
- Strong team player who takes responsibility.
- Strong problem solver to structure and improve complex situations.
- Excellent command of spoken and written in English.
