HR Digital specialist

What you are going to do

As an HR Digital Specialist at NN, you are the linking pin between HR business processes and our HR systems, like Workday, ServiceNow and a range of other HR applications. Support and change are at the heart of this role. You don't just solve the issue in front of you: you look at the bigger picture and advise on solutions that are stable, scalable and fit our processes. So doing, you give every employee easy access to the information they need, so they are better equipped to do their job: protecting what matters most to our 18 million customers.

Your responsibilities include:

• Advice: act as a trusted technology advisor to HR and the business, translating needs into sound, sustainable solutions and challenging requests where a better digital alternative exists
• Change: shape and guide changes from impact analysis and design to testing and go-live, keeping the whole chain of processes and systems in mind
• Support: take ownership of complex incidents and change requests across our HR system landscape, and find the root cause instead of the quick fix
• Project: contribute to projects as a digital expert and consultant
• Teamwork: collaborate with the other digital specialists in your team to deliver solutions with cross-functional impact in mind
• International collaboration: work together with our colleagues in 10 countries
• Continuously improving our digital HR processes so they are easy to use and as efficient as possible
• Sharing your knowledge and helping your colleagues get the most out of our technology

• Salary between € 5,339 and € 7,119 depending on your knowledge and experience, based on 36 hours per week
• 13th month and holiday allowance are paid with your monthly salary

Who you are

• You have intermediate- or senior-level hands-on experience supporting and managing changes to HR systems, such as Workday and/or ServiceNow, including solution design, configuration, and setup
• You have experience developing Agentic AI solutions for HR systems, or you are enthusiastic about building your expertise in this emerging field
• You have solid knowledge of HR business processes and has expertise in at least one of the following areas: Learning and Development, Reward, Recruiting or Talent and Performance) and understand how processes and systems affect each other
• You are a strong advisor: you ask the right questions, weigh options and are confident enough to recommend the stable solution over the quick one
• You have a strong analytical focus and enjoy getting to the bottom of complex issues
• You keep your head cool and prioritize your tasks. You are enthusiastic and like to connect with people

Who you will work with

You will join a tight-knit team of dedicated digital HR professionals. As part of our team, you will work together with international colleagues based in 10 different countries. Our official office language is English, and your colleagues will have a wide variety of backgrounds, with a diverse range of ages and a good gender ratio. Our department is known for its friendly, informal vibe with a collaborative atmosphere that allows for knowledge transfer. We have regular after-work drinks and quarterly team gatherings.

With our team we have a hybrid way working and we work together at The Hague office regularly.
