You have up-to-date practical knowledge of architecture. In particular business objects and data objects, business functions and application functions, business services and application services. You can quickly translate concepts into practical solutions.You are socially skilled, but also sufficiently introverted: you are not part of one team, but you work for and with many teams. The 80/20 rule never applies to the quality of the solution.
You are a careful writer and can document well. In addition, you can listen better than talk, you are patient and you can take people/teams by the hand and help them move forward.
Examples
Nowadays a lot of work is done with prototypes and minimal viable products just to get started. Data models must have a foundation that is not subject to many changes, while the processes that work with it are. That is why you are conceptually strong and steadfast and you can look far ahead even when others cannot yet. You have practical experience in creating ERDs in complex environments and experience with hierarchical data models.
You are aware of the differences between Transactional systems and Analytical systems. Modelling experience with Powerdesigner is a plus.
Top 5 responsibilities:
• Analysing, designing and coordinating data models with the relevant scrum teams within corporate lending (Tribe Business Lending)
• Data modelling to both relational and hierarchical structure for PEGA applications
• Data modelling to a user data model (GGM Finance) for data logistics
• Registration and management of data models in the PowerDesigner tool
• Frontline support for PowerDesigner for authorizations and incidents
You and your talent
• Completed technical HBO / WO education
• Knowledge of data elements in Pega at CPBA level (Certified Pega Business Architect)
• Knowledge of and experience with banks
• Knowledge of and experience with business analysis and data modelling in particular
• Knowledge of and experience with Agile methodology
• Experience with PowerDesigner in the role of modeller and administrator
• Very good communication skills in both Dutch and English
