You & your role
Shape and maintain a secure, scalable analytics platform on Azure. As an Azure Platform Engineer, you turn stakeholder goals into practical solutions, orchestrate data integration, automate infrastructure with Terraform, and optimize Databricks workloads for performance. You collaborate across the Analytics Platform Area (One!Lab) to make data accessible and actionable for over 1,500 users, improving user experience while evolving capabilities in a diverse, inclusive environment.

- Architect secure, scalable analytics solutions on Azure Databricks that meet stakeholder goals and compliance needs.
- Automate infrastructure and deployments with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines to increase reliability and speed.
- Monitor and optimize data pipelines and clusters, analyzing metrics to enhance performance and resource usage.
Together with product owners, analysts, and architects, you translate business needs into robust platform capabilities, ensuring seamless integration, security, and an excellent user experience across One!Lab.

This is what we offer you
- Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 4,024 and EUR 5,747 (scale 08) for a 36-hour work week.
- Extras: a thirteenth month, 8% holiday allowance, and a 10% Employee Benefit Budget.
- Development budget: EUR 1,400 development budget per year for your growth and development.
