As Service Manager, you focus on end to end delivering of ICT Infrastructure services provided by internal departments and external suppliers. Building a strong relationship with the providers and managing the Service Descriptions with strong SLA and KPI is key in this job. Important is the communication and transparency towards the requester (ICT department or Business).

You will be a team and be the back-up for the Incident / problem manager. In this position you ensure the IM process runs smoothly and updates the Incident (Major) management process, procedures and reporting to guarantee the quality of the IM process for the BENE organization. In this role you are in contact with all ICT departments (Infrastructure and Development), ICT providers and Business.

Required experience:

  • Experience in Service management for minimum 2 years
  • Experience in Incident management for minimum 1 year
  • Experience in setting up and controlling ITIL processes
  • Knowledge of outsourcing management and control in the infrastructure area
