As an experienced Digital HR consultant you will deliver high quality services and solutions that give clients a competitive edge as well as valuable insights, while balancing multiple priorities and projects. Your key responsibilities are:
- Facilitating and/or guiding Digital HR Transformations;
- Ownership of one or more components in a project;
- Building and maintaining your knowledge on HR technology and solutions on the market;
- Analyzing the customer requirements concerning the design of HR systems and challenging the customer where necessary;
- Analyzing and optimizing HR processes.

The team
You will be part of the Digital HR team within our People Advisory Services (PAS) practice in the Netherlands. A group of experienced and diverse professionals who with great passion and innovation help clients with complex Digital HR projects. This practice focuses on projects related to HR transformations supported by HR technology
You will be working both from the EY Amsterdam office where the team is based as well as client locations. Naturally, working flexible from your home office or other locations is common practice.
To qualify for this role, you must have:

- A Master’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Digital HR field within a consulting/project environment;
- Demonstrable experience in working with HR technology or implementing HR technology;
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
