You would like to use your knowledge and experience with digitization to help organizations in the public sector. You enjoy working with the following clients: municipalities, provinces, healthcare institutions, educational institutions and housing corporations. You want to focus on the many opportunities offered by digitization, you will help clients further in projects and digitization processes.

You compose the ideal team for the client and together with your team you come up with the best approach and solution to his problem. You like to win with your proposal with competition and you maintain contact with a network of clients. You work in a large organization where you make optimum use of all specialist knowledge and unique skills of your colleagues. Besides this, you know how to move well in a political, administrative context of your customers.

You will work in a group that is growing fast and you are enthusiastic and motivated to help build this team further.

Furthermore, the following points apply to you:

  • A completed Master program in which IT and digitization are being central, together with the organization and operation of organizations in the public sector.
  • Working experience and network within the national government is an advantage;
  • 7-10 years of relevant work experience, mainly in consultancy;
  • You are a precursor concerning digitization;
  • You can make the transition from strategic objectives to operational processes and systems;
  • You like to add your knowledge to make clients' processes more efficient, effective and reliable;
  • You like to understand complex problems independently, but also like to work on a solution in a team;
  • You are able to identify opportunities with clients;
  • You are communicative and an inspiring manager;
  • You master the Dutch and English language in word and writing.

At PwC you will work with organizations within the public sector. You will help realize their strategic objectives through your advice and support in digitization processes. You participate and sometimes you lead a team with which you carry out assignments together at clients such as; municipalities, provinces, housing corporations, care institutions and educational institutions.

With your knowledge of the sector and sharp analyzes, you know how to put your finger on the sore spot and convince clients of the right solution. You are busy with the content, but also with the direction and coaching of your teammates and further shaping the services of PwC in this area.

In practice, you have several assignments running side by side, each of which is executed by a small team. You usually fulfill the role of project leader, but you can also be assigned to an assignment because of your knowledge of IT and digitization. We find it important that you make time for clients every week and that you acquire new assignments. We do not just do that in teams but also individually.
