As a Customer Technology Manager in the Customer practice, you will support clients with commercial issues across the strategy to execution spectrum.

Mobile, Social and Cloud technologies have to interact with each other to produce a seamless omnichannel experience for the user. Companies have to rethink their corporate strategies, operating models and talent pool in order to stay relevant. “Disrupt or get disrupted” is increasingly becoming the new mantra.

Who you are

  • You bring at least 6 years of practical experience working on commercial topics within the customer technology domain and bring functional expertise in one of our key knowledge areas (CRM, CPQ, CLM, PRM, TPM)
  • You have been involved in transformation projects within the front office domain, specifically focusing on commercial topics like Sales, Marketing, Service and Pricing
  • You enjoy business challenges and are able to structure complex problems in a creative and sharp manner (e.g., using hypothesis/issues based problem solving techniques)
  • You have the ability/willingness to learn different technologies that can support your daily work as a Customer consultant (e.g., Google analytics, Salesforce, social listening tools like Coosto, dashboarding tools like Tableau etc.)
  • Just as all the other colleagues within PwC you are enthusiastic, ambitious and able to combine a sharp mind with strong communication skills
  • And, most importantly, you are fun loving and easy to work with

What your job looks like
As a Customer Technology Manager in the Customer practice, you will support clients with commercial issues across the strategy to execution spectrum. Example client questions are - “How do we respond to changing customer needs and how do we adapt our organization accordingly?”, “What is the impact of digital in our company and how can we embrace it to build stronger customer interactions?”, and “How can we improve the sales efficiency and effectiveness of our sales force?”

Your work will center on customer technology and front office transformation topics. You will manage client relationships and advise companies in the consumer goods, retail, industrial products, technology, media & telecommunications industries on questions related to commercial excellence and customer engagement. You will advise companies on creating value from customer centric technologies/concepts with a special focus on our key propositions: Commercial excellence (Lead to cash Acceleration & Partner relationship management) and Omnichannel customer engagement (Service excellence and omnichannel engagements, Data driven marketing and Brand management and strategy in the digital age).

You will conduct customer technology projects within the full breadth of the consulting field, from strategy through execution. Your projects can be in multiple industries and through focusing on your next career move, you can choose to specialize in one of them.
