It’s your goal to ensure that in this rapid changing and growing environment we’re there for our (existing) customers with digital service; always and everywhere. This requires you to continuously look for new and improved ways to enhance the scalability of the (digital) service experience for our customers, while continuing with our contribution to significant growth (retention) and ensuring that our customers remain satisfied (NPS).

Your profile.

  • You are a digital native and have a wide range of (digital) skills (T-shaped)
  • You are able to execute at a detailed level, but also to zoom out to the bigger picture and to translate this into scalable strategies and solutions
  • You are a pioneer for new and customer-oriented solutions within the organization, you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves yourself and to challenge the status quo
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you learn quickly by doing, but you also give others the trust and freedom to do this
  • You create awareness and traction within the (New10) organization for complex new problems, by breaking them down into small, simple pieces and presenting them in a visual way
  • You are able to create synergy in (formal and informal) teams by creating rhythms around shared goals in order to deliver maximum value

What qualifications do you bring with you?

  • 6+ years of experience in (digital) customer experience, both at a strategic and operational level
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in developing and optimizing customer-oriented online (service) solutions
  • At least a few years of experience in a digital first and agile work environment
  • A few years of team management experience is a pré
  • Proven success in improving operational scalability, NPS and/or retention
  • You're available for at least 32 hours per week
  • Fluency in English and/or Dutch is essential
