Job Description & Summary
Are you a Business Process Specialist who enjoys learning about complex operational processes inside-out? At PwC, you will work with high-profile international firms and institutions. You will optimise operational processes at the cutting edge of systems and information technology. You will work with state-of-the-art solutions, for example from SAP or Oracle. You will also advise clients about relevant topics such as GDPR, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), continuous monitoring and software transformation and how to integrate these into their operational processes.

You feel most at home when you can help clients make better use of their systems and information management. You are intrigued by the idea of combining the technical aspects with close contact with clients. You can incorporate operational processes into underlying systems. You are eager to bring your knowledge to the table to make clients’ processes more efficient, effective and reliable. And you never shy away from a challenge! New technologies make completely new applications possible and raise complex questions that you enjoy addressing. You feel at home in this rapidly changing world and meet the following requirements:

  • You have a university or higher professional degree in information management, business science, business economics, mathematics, econometrics or accountancy;
  • You have between two and five years of relevant work experience;
  • You preferably have (broad) hands-on experience with large-scale ERP environments in SAP and/or Oracle, for example because you have worked as an IT auditor, consultant or systems integrator;
  • You know about controls in an ERP environment or are motivated to learn;
  • You have excellent communication skills;
  • Your analytical proficiency means you can work on complex problems both independently and as part of a team.

You will start your job well prepared after a period of internal training at PwC. You will work with clients on major consultancy projects, for example implementation processes linked to process & control optimisation. You will always work in a team and with other specialists, such as data analysts, auditors and advisory professionals. With your knowledge of operational processes and IT, you will be able to persuade your clients to implement the right solution. You will not only work on the technical aspects but also manage and coach your teammates.
