Profile
You are a great communicator with strong client focus and a hawk's eye for details. At the same time, you are also the one who can perceive and understand the entire lifecycle of problems from one glance. You have a strong developed sixth sense for spotting possible problems at early stages and you like to turn causes upside down when analysing them. You are naturally a problem solver with a genuine structural approach. Now you want to boost you project management skills in a global asset manager company. Your department and challenge:
You will be a part of the Service Control Management department which is responsible for the management and coordination of all IT support processes. Your focus will be on minimizing the adverse impact of live system problems on the business that are caused by errors with infrastructure. Furthermore, you will be proposing solutions to prevent the recurrence of these problems in the future. You will be providing root cause analysis troubleshooting for the end-to-end live systems environment.
Your main responsibilities
- Monitoring the over-all Problem Management process
- Co-ordinating the regular Problem Management meetings & Task Forces
- Advising Management and delivering proposals to improve the quality of the Problem process
- Following up the progress of all problems
- Acting as Escalation Manager for Problem process
Your experience and skills
- Higher vocational level
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English and Dutch
